The Lone Ranger

I was 7 years old in 1949, when The Lone Ranger began appearing on American television and everything stopped for my brothers and me when the show came on. Clayton Moore played the part with  Canadian-born Mohawk Jay Silverheels as his faithful indian companion Tonto.
